Just so you know, Pam is my sister-in-law. She is the best! She is smart, efficient, considers all the details, compassionate and treats her clients with the greatest respect. She willingly shares her knowledge of real estate. This was a long distance transaction and she was on top of everything. She's fun to work with, too. My husband and I have bought 7 houses in 3 states. Alaska twice and Texas 3 times. Pam is the best agent we have ever worked with.
