Pam and Jeff were very attentive and helpful throughout the whole process, especially amidst additional challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. They were able to get our offer accepted by the seller against multiple competing offers! They tell you the good and the bad about each property you see and give honest advice. We did not feel pushed at all to make a purchase. They wanted to make sure we found the right place for us.
