"This week my family and I completed one month living in our new home, in Uniontown. Our friends say that we broke a new record because, in this same week we also completed our first three months in the United States . Everything happened so fast and I would like to write down a few words to explain how and why everything happened this way." "My husband came to work for Goodyear, transferred from Brazil . After we had chosen our home, Pam still continued with us helping on issues which would be very difficult for us to address without her, like getting the necessary documentation for our loan, telling us which paperwork we had to bring from Brazil , and also explaining the meaning of some documents we had to sign here in the United States," "We finally had the closing date and all necessary documents signed. We also got our furniture from Brazil . Everything done? For most people, probably yes. But not for Pam. We keep counting with her to help us with the Telephone Company, cable TV, the company to take our garbage. She gave us precious information in how to buy new furniture and some other home appliances we needed." "It is impossible to squeeze into a few paragraphs the infinite details in which Pam was absolutely indispensable. "This is a brief note to let you know how much we enjoyed working with the team of Pam Worthington, Jeff Worthington, Roy and Corrine Dancy during the purchase of our new home in Uniontown. Relocating is a very stressful time, and they did all they could to make sure that their end of it was as stress free as possible. With their help, we were able to locate a house in the location we wanted, with the features we wanted and negotiate a price that we could afford. All within a three day house-hunting trip. Their expertise and familiarity with the selling agent allowed us to have an accepted contract within one hour of our making the original offer. They even helped me to lock in a competitive interest rate with the mortgage company of my choice (lower than I would have gotten without their help). I was also very pleased with their recommendations on home inspectors, and an insurance agent. Even after closing, we have had to involve them in two critical items which they promptly handled."
