To Whom it may concern: This letter is in reference to the service we have received from Pam Worthington and Cutler Homes. I have purchased 2 homes and sold 1 through Pam and Cutler. 1 of the 2 homes that was purchased through Pam was my families first home. At that time, I wasn't sure if home ownership was the best option for my family. Pam took the time and showed us many houses that were in our price range. The house we purchased was a perfect starter home and ended up being the right decision. Also, while we were in transition in moving from Canada. Pam found us a nice apartment until our house closed. This was important at that time, because my wife was 4 months pregnant. Unlike many other realtors, Pam and Cutler are genuinely concerned about their clients and customer satisfaction. Often, realtors try to sell the most expensive home the customer can afford. This has not been my experience with Pam. Pam not only has been very willing to help us find the home we want, but has also quickly determined what's important to us and found houses with these qualities. Pam, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your team for your services in finding our new home. Even though my family has relocated many times, it continues to be a very stressful and difficult transition time. My family found our weeks together to be very pleasant and stress free. You have found a way to make the job of finding a home more like the fun of finding a home. I also appreciate the extras that you provided to us to include phone numbers of local utilities, contractors, schools an extra activities for the children to get the family involved in the community. You have by far prodded the service in any of our moves. With this move being the second move to Akron for my family that you handled, we knew what to expect.
