"This week my family and I completed one month living in our new home, in Uniontown. Our friends say that we broke a new record because, in this same week we also completed our first three months in the United States . Everything happened so fast and I would like to write down a few words to explain how and why everything happened this way." "My husband came to work for Goodyear, transferred from Brazil . Goodyear?EUR(TM)s Human Resource Department helped us in so many things. One of them was the recommendation of Cutler, who sent Pam Worthington to be our Realtor." "Everything was totally new for our family and Pam Worthington had the sensibility and kindness to understand our situation. At the same time she was showing me more than 20 houses and allowing us to make a good choice, she also started teaching us the first steps of the American Way of Life. At the same time she was realizing our Brazilian Way. Pam did it so well that, much more than a Realtor, she became our friend ?EUR" a special one ?EUR" and, with high efficiency, found this wonderful house, in which we are starting this new phase of our life." These are the reasons why everything happened so fast.Of course our major problem is still the different language. We have just started learning English. But Pam was so patient and kind that it was easy to overcome this ?EURoecommunication barrier?EUR? just because she helped us in the warmest possible way. After we had chosen our home, Pam still continued with us helping on issues which would be very difficult for us to address without her, like getting the necessary documentation for our loan, telling us which paperwork we had to bring from Brazil , and also explaining the meaning of some documents we had to sign here in the United States," "We finally had the closing date and all necessary documents signed. We also got our furniture from Brazil . Everything done? For most people, probably yes. But not for Pam. We keep counting with her to help us with the Telephone Company, cable TV, the company to take our garbage. She gave us precious information in how to buy new furniture and some other home appliances we needed." "It is impossible to squeeze into a few paragraphs the infinite details in which Pam was absolutely indispensable. But I think we can express how much we are all happy and I have to say that Pam was the best welcome contact that we could ever wish. I thank God for the good luck we had when we met Pam Worthington. THIS LETTER IS IN REFERENCE TO THE SERVICE WE HAVE RECEIVED FROM PAM WORHTINGTON AND CUTLER HOME REALTY. I HAVE PURCHASED 2 HOMES AND SOLD 1 HOME THROUGH PAM AND CUTLER. 1 OF THE 2 HOMES THAT WAS PURCHASED THROUGH PAM WAS MY FAMILIES FIRST HOME. AT THAT TIME I WASNT SURRE IF HOME OWNERSHIP WAS THE BEST OPTION FOR MY FAMILY. PAM TOOK THE TIME AND SHOWED US MANY HOUSES THAT WERE IN OUR PRICE RANGE. THE HOUSE WE PURCHASED WAS A PERFECT STARTER HOME AND ENDED UP BEING THE RIGHT DECISION. ALSO, WHILE WE WERE IN TRANSITION IN MOVING FROM CANANDA, PAM FOUND US A NICE APARTMENT UNTIL OUR HOUSE CLOSED. THIS WAS IMPORTANT AT THAT TIME, BECAUSE MY WIFE WAS 4 MONTHS PREGNANT. UMLIKE MANY OTHER REALTORS, PAM AND CUTLER ARE GENUINELY CONCERNED ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. OFTEN, REALTORS TRY TO SELL THE MOST EXOENSIVE HOME THE CUSTOMER CAN AFFORD.THIS HAS NOT BEEN MY EXPERIENCE WITH PAM. PAM NOT ONLY HAS BEEN VERY WILLING TO HELP US FIND THE HOME WE WANT, BUT HAS ALSO QUICKLY DETERMINED WHATS IMPORTANT TO US AND FOUND HOUSES WITH THESE QUALITIES. I HAVE BEEN INVOLVED WITH 5 REALTORS OVER THE LAST 15 YEARS AND CUTLER AND PAM HAVE PROVIDED THE BEST SERVICE.

I felt that I needed to give a comment that was entirely to long to fit on the survey form that you sent to us. Or agent Pam Worthington, is undoubtedly one of the best real estate agents around. We had worked with Pam seven years ago when we purchased our first home and she did such a great job we wouldn't have even considered contacting someone else when we decided to sell that home and purchase a new one. Pam puts in more hours than most other agents my friends and family have used in the past and she didn't quit until we found the home we wanted and then proceeded to sell our home in two days! She helped us to find qualified inspectors to check out our new home and helped us with setting up our financing. Pam also treats you like a friend, not just a customer. To us thats very important. We just can't say enough about her. We used Title One for our title search and Mortgage One for our financing. Having Cutler offer these services was a great convenience, especially since everything was handled at your North Canton office. We didn't have to make trips out of the area. It was wonderful. We couldn't have been more pleased with Cutler and Pam Worthington. We do not hesitate to recommend her and Cutler's service to acquaintances every chance we get. And, if we should ever feel that need to move again, she will be the first person we call!!!

"This is a brief note to let you know how much we enjoyed working with the team of Pam Worthington, Jeff Worthington, Roy and Corrine Dancy during the purchase of our new home in Uniontown. Relocating is a very stressful time, and they did all they could to make sure that their end of it was as stress free as possible. With their help, we were able to locate a house in the location we wanted, with the features we wanted and negotiate a price that we could afford. All within a three day house-hunting trip. Their expertise and familiarity with the selling agent allowed us to have an accepted contract within one hour of our making the original offer. They even helped me to lock in a competitive interest rate with the mortgage company of my choice (lower than I would have gotten without their help). I was also very pleased with their recommendations on home inspectors, and an insurance agent. Even after closing, we have had to involve them in two critical items which they promptly handled." "I have dealt with several Realtors before this, and wish they all were as professional as this team. I would also like to commend them on their team approach. To Whom it may concern: This letter is in reference to the service we have received from Pam Worthington and Cutler Homes. I have purchased 2 homes and sold 1 through Pam and Cutler. 1 of the 2 homes that was purchased through Pam was my families first home. At that time, I wasn't sure if home ownership was the best option for my family. Pam took the time and showed us many houses that were in our price range. The house we purchased was a perfect starter home and ended up being the right decision. Also, while we were in transition in moving from Canada. Pam found us a nice apartment until our house closed. This was important at that time, because my wife was 4 months pregnant. Unlike many other realtors, Pam and Cutler are genuinely concerned about their clients and customer satisfaction. Often, realtors try to sell the most expensive home the customer can afford. This has not been my experience with Pam. Pam not only has been very willing to help us find the home we want, but has also quickly determined what's important to us and found houses with these qualities.
